We are Online and on the High Street Branches
Although there has been a rise in ‘Online Estate Agents’ in the last decade, we firmly believe that the best place for us to be is on the High Street. We have prominent high street branch locations across the North East, with true local property experts situated in each Branch. On top of this, we are available to take your calls and online queries till 8pm during the week and 4pm latest on weekends.
Technology
Our office systems are cloud based, so that all staff have access to all properties and registered buyers. Applicants do not have to visit every branch for properties in different areas. They can also view all of our properties online where they can also request viewings.

We realise that it might be more convenient for people to get in touch with us outside the traditional 9-5 hours, which is why we have a Hub with dedicated Customer Advisors there to help, up to 8pm on Weekdays and up to 4pm on Weekends.
Video Viewings
To get viewings for our sellers fast, and to accommodate schedules, we carry out Live Video Viewings where we take buyers through the property using a Live Stream Video on an app, and they can ask us any questions in real time. All viewers have to be logged in to view the video so we can follow up the viewings after. If they then want to see the property in person then we can arrange a physical viewing.

My findings were that I put the property on sale on the Wednesday it was sold bye the following Tuesday and I wanted it to go through fairly quickly .
