As a first time buyer I was nervous and apprehensive about the entire process of purchasing my first home. However, Andrea Basham my sales agent and Andrew Craig were fantastic in guiding me through the entire process. They were patient, forgiving and consistent in their support and never complained despite the plethora of queries and concerns that were sometimes of daily occurrence during the process of purchase. When I decided to rent my property and asked Andrew Craig Estate Agent to manage this for me I found the perfect solution. Gill Ellis was my initial contact and although it was a lengthy process getting the house ready for an unfurnished rental, Gill was patient and supportive throughout. When the house was advertised the information was relaid to me quickly and suitable tenants found in a reasonable time. Since the tenants moved in I have had dealings with Sholynne and Danielle, who have both been courteous and professional.
