Our Fully Managed service allows you to maximise your return on investment without it taking up any of your time.
Property Management has been part of Andrew Craig’s history since 1974 when he Managing Director Andrew worked as a trainee surveyor, and one of his first jobs was to collect rents around the North East. Since then it has been an integral part of the business and today we manage almost 1000 properties within our Property Management department.
Our name is synonymous with the highest levels of care in lettings and management of residential and commercial property.
As you would expect from the name, our Full Management service takes away all of the stress and hassle that comes from being a Landlord, and we take care of everything for you. You get the benefits of a property investment, without any of the hassles. This covers everything, right from marketing the property, to finding and moving in tenants, arranging safety checks and ensuring that your property remains compliant with up to date regulations, collecting rent, performing inspections, and conducting checkouts and remarketing.
You pay us an initial set up fee for marketing, tenant selection and referencing, preparing and organising the signing of the tenancy agreement and facilitating the move in. We then charge you a monthly commission for managing the entire tenancy on your behalf.
This includes all tenant enquiries, managing any repair issues that may arise and rent collection. We will also take care of the end of the tenancy including the check out.
Our Fully Managed clients have access to comprehensive and cost effective Rent & Legal Expense cover.
