Hebburn has been subject to a lot of new housing development over recent years, with development of some fantastic new estates, offering a wide choice of property across the board. "I have not dealt with the Hebburn staff but on the whole Andrew Craig are disgraceful. In my opinion they work for the landlord and do nothing for tenants that have serious repairs that need done, the only way to get serious repairs done is to get the environmental health involved which forced them to do it, but even then they want me to live in the property while they take plaster off all the down stairs walls and re-plaster, if they do the job properly then I will have no/or limited access to the stairs, front door, back door, toilet and bathroom, living room and kitchen... Of course I was never asked if it was okay so today my notice is going in and we will see what happens..
